Her myriad contributions to education haven’t gone unnoticed, bagging her the prestigious Spirit of Enterprise Award in 2007 as well as the SME 500 award in 2023.

A stalwart since Pro-Teach’s inception, Aden Gan exemplifies mastery in curriculum design, with a keen focus on primary and secondary Mathematics. His research-driven approach has culminated in acclaimed publications like “Maths Model Methods” and “More Model Methods”, enlightening educators nationwide.

A NIE-trained teacher and a proud alumnus of the National University of Singapore, Aden has infused Pro-Teach with his creative vision, crafting English and Science curriculums that resonate with contemporary learners. With over two decades of experience, Fiona’s exemplary classroom practices, dedication, and innovation are evident. She goes the extra mile to cater to individual student needs, ensures children attend school, and fosters relationships with educational and social entities for holistic child development. With an impressive 19 years of dedicated service to the organisation, Ms Chong’s journey with Pro-Teach has been marked by remarkable achievements and contributions. Having led a team in Pro-Teach China for 2 years, she brings a wealth of international experience and perspective to her role.
Ms. Chong’s qualifications speak volumes about her commitment to excellence in early childhood education. With an A levels background, she holds a Certificate in Early Childhood, as well as WSQ SCC and WSQ SCC (EY) certifications. Her dedication to the safety and well-being of children is evident through her Child First Aid certification.

Ms. Cindy Kwa is a dedicated and experienced branch manager who has been an integral part of the Pro-Teach family for 15 years.
